Armor and weapons for dragon age origins?

I used to play oblivion. Is this kind of like it and is there rare armor and weapons that you can find like in oblivion? If there is tell me what it is and how to get it.Armor and weapons for dragon age origins?
this game is nothing like oblivion, it is more like mass effect because it is not an open world game, and once you finish you have to start a new game, not carry on.



this is because oblivion is made by bethesda and mass effect and dragon age are made by EA/bioware.



but you can get some rare armor, by taking the dragon scale you get from killing the dragon that gaurds the ashes, you can go to the armorer in denerim (the shop north of the marketplace) and he can make it into powerfull armor, but he has to practice on other scales first.Armor and weapons for dragon age origins?
There is a simple way.

The most legendary items are available in the merchants spread all around Ferelden. If you see any items that cost more than 50 gold pieces, it's legendary.
