If you chose the answer, when King Alistair/Queen Anora asks you want you plan to do now, about searching for Morrigan then it's hinted in the Epilogue that Morrigan was last spotted near Frostback Mountain and was heading to Orlais.
In Awakening, if your character was in love with her, then it's also hinted again in the Epilogue the Warden went to search for Morrigan but it is unknown if he ever found her or not. All they know is the Warden never returned to Vigil's Keep.

Well if you took the route where she will save you from the arch demon for a child, then you can never see her again. And if i am not mistaken, after you defeat the demon shouldn't the game say something about you starting from a period in time before you killed the arch demon so she should still be in you party. If shes is not then i am afraid that you might of lost her.
Either way it is a great game and im sure it is fun either way.

You cannot, for now. There is a scene at the end revealing she has a child is not found for awhile. Although developers have confirmed this is not the last time we see Morrigan, so we might see her again in a sequel. Unless of course they just mean't we would see her in the new DA darkspawn game or whatever.
