Does any one have any tips for Dragon Age Origins?

I want to start a new game on dragon age origins (as a girl) but my A*shole of a brother says its to hard :S does anyone have any tips for me?Does any one have any tips for Dragon Age Origins?

well I am a Male and I selected a Female Character and I finished the game and there is no different

it's mainly depend on the Difficulty Level and how you gather skills to your character



also if you choose a Male character then you can participate to lot of Romance and etc..

Gender does not affect the difficuly of the game. I've played as both a male and female before adn there is no change. You can also have romances as a female (Alister, Zevren, and Leliana to my experience). Alister will refuse a male and Morrigan will refuse a female but the others are game...

gender shouldn't make the game any harder, just lower the difficulty to casual and you shouldn't have any problems. I haven't so far.Does any one have any tips for Dragon Age Origins?
thus it is a hard game in general but i dont see why gender would make a difference
